So, join our [insert name of team/ business area] team and feel like you’re part of something bigger. **** **About your team** · Fund Accounting and Control is required to perform correct and punctual accounting/reporting for all FIJ funds and required to produce high standard services to external and internal clients. · We have also Dalian capabilities, where Fund Accounting, Cash and Reconciliation service, Trade Management Service, Corporate Actions, Client Service and Reporting, Publishing, Performance Attribution, Service Implementation are operated to support Japan business. **About your role** · Oversight of Dalian FA · Handle back office administrative work for distributors · Support fund setup/closure/repurpose · Lead facilitating fund audits and reviews; and maintaining relationship with the fund auditor. · Promptly resolve/action any issues arising from daily NAV calculation and reporting · Participation as a business analyst in global AMO Initiatives and key projects within FA · Regulatory Correspondence: Analyse operational impact and necessary process change to adhere to regulatory change · Technically lead initiatives and process improvement to drive the business forward · Technical contact with vendors to conduct periodic service reviews · Support documentation for BCP procedures and Fund Suspension Playbooks · Support BCP planning and maintenance · Participate in regular Disaster Recovery testing and fund suspension dr
