What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10–15 years’ experience in Securities Services or related financial services businesses, Prior experience in fund accounting and/or fund administration environments, Experience supporting platform enhancements, product change, or transformation initiatives, Prior experience in a product, business analysis, or technology delivery role, Experience working within global organizations and multi-stakeholder delivery models
Nice to Have
Exposure to adoption of AI within the Product Development Lifecycle is preferred
What You'll Do.
Own delivery of assigned product initiatives or workstreams within Fund Accounting and Administration
and Technology teams to define requirements
Drive day‑to‑day execution
ensuring initiatives progress on time
and with appropriate risk management
Contribute to analysis of product‑related change
including client impact
operational implications
and commercial considerations
Support development and maintenance of product roadmaps
and backlogs aligned to strategic priorities
Apply professional judgment to identify dependencies
escalating issues as appropriate
Contribute to discussions on FAA operating models and technology architecture
with a focus on simplification
Support evaluation of build versus buy decisions and opportunities to rationalize existing technology platforms
Partner with stakeholders across service disciplines to enable consistency and integration of product capabilities
Provide guidance and direction to delivery teams/product resources to support effective execution and capability development
Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and local market considerations impacting assigned initiatives
