Must Have
1 year of closed-end fund accounting experience, Accounting or finance degree, Experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements, Experience interpreting and understanding Private Placement Memorandum, Critical thinking skills, Problem solving skills, Decision making skills, Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to multitask to meet multiple deadlines, Understanding of Venture Capital, Understanding of Private Equity, Understanding of Fund Administration, Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Proactive mindset toward adopting AI to streamline and enhance operational workflows, Command of Mandarin, Command of Cantonese, Command of English

What You'll Do.
Provide leverage to clients by understanding and prioritizing their needs
Provide strategic support including capital calls and distributions
Provide audit/tax support
Provide pre/post close services
Prepare quarterly and annual financials
Manage Limited Partner communications
Bring transparency to founders
Help clients make more accurate decisions by utilizing tools and resources
Improve product and software through working with product and engineering teams
Implement Fund Administration software
Streamline financial accounting needs
Partner with top venture capital firms
