Must Have
Experience with Loan Origination System (any loan origination tool is acceptable), Hands on with loan servicing system (preferably FIS’ ACBS), Understanding of industry wide standard processes for Underwriting, processing, Servicing, Legal, pricing etc., Experience collaborating with business partners to analyze and understand business problem/need and provide solutions, Ability to Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze summarize develop conclusions and recommendations, Good Communication skills, Good understanding of testing methodology and SDLC, Experience testing web-based application, java application testing, Able to multitask and should have attention to details, Knowledge, understanding and application of Agile principles/framework and waterfall model, Experience working with teams in different geo locations (onshore/offshore)
