Perform monthly system maintenance cycles
Understand existing business processes
Understand financial consolidations accounting
Serve as Gatekeeper for user service requests
Assign helpdesk tickets
Identify and report critical system issues
Communicate system issues to users
Assist users in installing Smart View
Assist users with Hyperion connections
Maintain and modify FDMEE mapping tables
Manage FDMEE auto load conversion projects
Create or modify Financial Reports
Maintain users in consolidation reporting systems
Coordinate change management for user security
Maintain and build security
Assist with development of technical aspects
Assist with maintenance of technical aspects
Assist with testing of technical aspects
Participate in integration of additional tools
Participate in continuous improvement of systems

Join our team and start your journey today! ** _Position Summary_** This position provides functional support for users of Copeland’s Financial Reporting, Consolidation and Analytical System (currently Hyperion), and will be supporting the implementation of a new Consolidation system - Onestream. The primary responsibility of the group is to support Copeland’s global consolidation and reporting process. ** _Essential Duties & Responsibilities_** * Troubleshoot and resolve functional user issues and work with the IT department to address issues that might require technical attention. * Support the close and reporting processes and perform monthly system maintenance cycles. * Understand existing business processes supported by consolidation reporting applications. * Understand financial consolidations accounting, including complex intercompany activity, eliminations, and foreign currency translation. * Serve as Gatekeeper for user service requests. Assign helpdesk tickets to appropriate FSG team member according to area of expertise.
