The Functional Planner Technician serves as a senior-level technical resource responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting production workflow across the manufacturing floor. This role bridges the gap between frontline technicians and engineering/supervisory teams by ensuring work orders, build sequences, and resource allocations are executed accurately and on schedule. Key job responsibilities Plan and sequence daily production work orders in alignment with build priorities and capacity targets Coordinate with supervisors, leads, and engineers to resolve scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and technical blockers Monitor floor status and adjust plans in real time to maintain throughput and meet output goals Track and communicate WIP (Work in Progress) status, flagging delays or quality holds to the appropriate stakeholders Support NC (Non-Conformance) tracking by ensuring affected units are properly dispositioned and rewor
