What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Senior-level experience as a Functional Designer, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role, background in financial audit, audit methodology, or audit software, Experience in large international organizations, ideally within Big4 firms (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG), Proven ability to formalize complex business processes into functional specifications, Experience working end-to-end with software development and testing teams, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and attention to detail, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in an international context
Nice to Have
Qualified auditor (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) with a understanding of professional audit standards, Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and software developments, Exposure to global audit quality and regulatory environments
What You'll Do.
Own the functional design of assigned product evolutions and act as Product Owner for these scopes
Lead the translation of business
and regulatory requirements into clear
structured functional solutions
Facilitate and lead functional workshops with Business
Compliance and Quality stakeholders at Group and local level
well document and maintain functional specifications
and detailed design documents
Manage Change Request within the assigned scope
assessing functional impacts
user experiences and business value
Prioritise functional scopes in alignment with program roadmap
business value and regulatory priorities
Ensure functional consistency
user efficiency and audit compliance of the solution
Work closely with development teams during build phases to conduct workshops
handle functional questions and support implementation decisions
Collaborate with QA teams on functional testing strategy and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Validate delivered functionality against functional expectations and formally approve readiness for production
and user adoption within audit teams
Act as a functional reference and subject‑matter expert for the solution within the program
Ownership of functional backlog for assigned product evolutions
Definition of business value

Continuous interaction with Business stakeholders to refine needs and manage changes
Contribution to overall product vision and long‑term roadmap
