Must Have
Data Governance Expertise, Data Quality management, experience with data governance tools, experience with data architecture, experience with at least one key data object (suppliers, materials, finance, etc.), familiarity with data governance regulations and compliance requirements, Deep technical understanding of the S/4HANA or SAP legacy

What You'll Do.
Establish and enforce data governance policies
standards and procedures
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal data policies
Support definition of data owners
data stewardship and data custodians roles and responsibilities
Oversee data stewardship activities
Maintain the Contextual & Conceptual Data Models up to date
Execute high-volume data creations and bulk modifications across core SAP domains
Drive initiatives to implement data quality frameworks and best practices
Drive initiatives to monitor
and improve the quality of master data
Monitor data quality metrics
Perform regular data audits
Manage data quality issues
Coordinate remediation efforts
Ensure that data governance policies and practices comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Mitigate risks associated with data management
Continuously evaluate and enhance master data governance processes
Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data governance initiatives
Regularly report on data governance performance
and implement data governance tools and technologies
Lead the resolution of data governance issues and data-related conflicts

As the Functional Data Lead, you are responsible for all aspects of defining, operating, and enforcing the data governance policies and standards, ensuring data integrity, compliance and quality across the multiple data domains. You will work closely with stakeholders to align data management practices with business objectives and regulatory requirements, and promote the role of governance as well as data governance best practices.
