As part of the Product team, you will work closely with P&C to ensure the Workday platform is reliable, secure, and effectively utilised. This role is offered as an initial 7-month contract (4 days per week), with the potential for extension or conversion to permanent based on performance and business needs. **** **Key responsibilities include:** * Provide day-to-day support and administration of the Workday HCM product, including Core HCM, Absence, Recruitment, Performance, and Talent Management. * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, incidents, and user queries ensuring minimal business disruption. * Support Workday business processes by monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing configurations to meet evolving business needs. * Participate in testing activities across releases and changes. * Contribute to Workday release management by assessing impact of biannual releases and supporting feature adoption where relevant. * Develop and maintain documentation including business process flows, configuration design, and user guidance. * Develop and maintain documentation including business process flows, configuration design, and user guidance materials. * Adhere to established change management processes, ensuring all system updates are appropriately documented, tested, approved, and deployed in line wi
