So, if you want to inspire a brighter work day for everyone, including yourself, you’ve found a match in Workday, and we hope to be a match for you too. **About the Team** Workday’s Japan Financials team purpose is to build an outstanding customer experience by delivering engaging and innovative consulting services to help customers, partners, and employees make the most of the Workday financial system. **About the Role** 本職務の担当者は、WorkdayのFinancialsソリューションの導入を成功に導く責任を負います。ファンクショナルコンサルタントとして、プロジェクトにおけるWorkday製品の専門知識および導入のノウハウを提供します。また、顧客と連携してビジネス要件を把握し、Workdayソリューションの設定（コンフィギュレーション）やテストを支援します。業務遂行にあたっては、担当プロジェクトのエンゲージメント・マネージャーの指示に従い、進捗報告を行います。 主な職務範囲 * 製品知識の習得: Workday Financials製品スイートのエキスパートになること。 * 導入プロジェクトの遂行: 顧客のビジネス要件の把握、ソリューションの提示、プロトタイプシステムを用いた設定内容の実演、および顧客によるテストの支援。 * データ移行支援: 顧客と協力し、レガシーシステム（旧システム）からWorkdayへのデータ移行を支援。 * プロジェクト管理: エンゲージメント・マネージャーから割り当てられたタスクを、予算化された時間枠内で完了させる。 * 統合（インテグレーション）支援: テクノロジーコンサルタントと連携し、Workdayとサードパーティ製ソリューションまたはカスタムソリューション間の統合設定およびテス
