What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 to 10+ years of experience in banking or BFSI domain, Deep understanding of Payments landscape: Domestic and cross-border payments (SEPA, SWIFT (SAG/SAA), real-time payments), Payment processing flows (initiation, clearing, settlement, reconciliation), expertise in Cards domain: Card lifecycle (issuance, activation, authorization, clearing, settlement, disputes/chargebacks), Knowledge of card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) and ecosystem participants, Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e. g. , PSD2, AML, fraud prevention, customer authentication), Cyber Fraud and Risk Management, Experience with end-to-end transaction flows and customer journeys across channels (digital, POS, ATM), Familiarity with end-to-end customer journeys and cross-domain dependencies, knowledge of solution design, product lifecycle, and data governance & analysis, Deep understanding of testing, customer experience, incident/problem management, and application support, understanding of payments/cards testing strategies (transaction validation, reconciliation testing, exception handling), Expertise in requirements analysis, solution specification management, and feasibility assessment, knowledge of banking products and services, leadership and stakeholder management skills, Strategic mindset with business awareness, Excellent communication (written and verbal), High level of accountability, integrity, and adaptability, Ability to perform in complex and high-pressure environments
Nice to Have
Bachelore’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, Certification in Agile SAFe

Supporting defect logging
Assisting stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Following defined architecture and delivery standards
Adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements
Supporting IT risk and control processes
Supporting process improvements and documentation standards
Continuously learning and enhancing domain and functional knowledge
