What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5 to 7+ years of experience in banking or BFSI domain, understanding of Customer lifecycle and engagement processes, Deep knowledge of Marketing & Campaign Management capabilities, Expertise in Customer Servicing & Interaction Management, understanding of lead and opportunity management and sales funnel processes, Knowledge of integration with core banking, channels, and data platforms, Familiarity with end-to-end customer journeys and cross-domain dependencies, Ability to engage with marketing teams, product managers, customer service units, and IT teams, knowledge of solution design, product lifecycle, and data governance & analysis, Deep understanding of testing, customer experience, incident/problem management, and application support, Expertise in requirements analysis, solution specification management, and feasibility assessment, knowledge of banking products and services, leadership and stakeholder management skills, Strategic mindset with business awareness, Excellent communication (written and verbal), High level of accountability, integrity, and adaptability, Ability to perform in complex and high-pressure environments

Nice to Have

Bachelore’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, Certification in Agile SAFe
