What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 to 7+ years of experience in banking or BFSI domain, understanding of Customer lifecycle management (onboarding, KYC, customer data management, CRM processes), Deep knowledge of Banking operations like accounts, payments, cards, digital channels, transaction processing etc., Extensive experience in Lending processes loan origination, underwriting, servicing, collections, experience in any one of the core banking software product like Finastra, FLEXCUBE, BaNCS, Temenos Transact etc., Familiarity with end-to-end customer journeys and cross-domain dependencies, knowledge of solution design, product lifecycle, and data governance & analysis, Deep understanding of testing, customer experience, incident/problem management, and application support, Expertise in requirements analysis, solution specification management, and feasibility assessment, knowledge of banking products and services, leadership and stakeholder management skills, Strategic mindset with business awareness, Excellent communication (written and verbal), High level of accountability, integrity, and adaptability, Ability to perform in complex and high-pressure environments
Nice to Have
Bachelore’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, Certification in Agile SAFe
