What They're Looking For.
Must Have
+5 years of experience in Fullstack development or digital product construction., Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and technical leadership., Solid experience with Node.js and/or Python., Experience in modern frontend with React., Experience integrating APIs and cloud services., Practical knowledge of generative AI tools or integrations., Experience in solutions of: Artificial Intelligence and LLMs, Integration with APIs like OpenAI, RAG architectures and embedding management, Process automation and low-code tools, Ability to build functional solutions in dynamic environments., Experience working with ambiguous requirements and technical autonomy., Product-oriented mindset, innovation and continuous improvement., Intermediate English (technical reading and basic communication)., Availability for hybrid scheme., Availability to attend the office 2 to 3 days per week., Position directed only to candidates in Mexico.
