OVERVIEW Phia is looking for a Full-Stack GTM Engineer to build the technical infrastructure that powers our go-to-market engine. This is a full-stack engineering role for someone who wants to work close to revenue, customers, and product. You will sit at the intersection of engineering, partnerships, sales, editorial, data, and customer experience, building the systems that make Phia’s commercial teams faster, smarter, and more scalable. You will own internal tools, AI workflows, CRM automations, brand partner reporting, editorial pipelines, sales tooling, and data integrations. You will also make sure our internal systems stay tightly synced with our customer-facing product so our revenue team can support partners efficiently and deliver a better experience to brands.     ABOUT PHIA Phia has raised $43.5M from Notable Capital, Khosla Ventures, and Kleiner Perkins to build the AI alignment layer for commerce.
