So what do you say, are you in?  📍Your Impact Starts Here We’re looking for a Fullstack Growth Engineer II who thrives at the intersection of product thinking, engineering execution, and experimentation. You’ll independently own backend-first product and growth initiatives that help customers discover value faster, engage more deeply, and get more from Homebase. Working primarily in Ruby on Rails while contributing across the stack, you'll partner closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to identify opportunities, ship experiments, and improve customer outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to shape customer experiences that directly influence growth while helping define how modern AI-enabled product development operates at Homebase. These are the key ways you'll contribute and create impact in this role: - Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, application logic, and data models in Ruby on Rails - Own and deliver growth initiatives from concept through launch and iteration - Build customer-facing product experiences across the Homebase platform - Contribute to React and TypeScript applications where needed to deliver end-to-end solutions - Design, build, and evaluate experiments that improve activation, engagement, retention, and monetization - Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities - Leverage analytics and experimentation data to inform product decisions - Implement and improve experiment
