Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products

Build relationships with store associates and customers

Maintain and set up product displays

Meet or exceed targets and goals

Generate leads to increase sales

Provide excellent customer service and product education

Travel within your territory

visiting 2-5 stores per day

Effectively promote Springs Window Fashions products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at leading home improvement retailers

Ensure the "Best Experience" for retail partners and end-consumers through expert product knowledge and outstanding service

Optimize product displays and in-store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement

Serve as a trusted advisor

educating retailers and customers on the features and benefits of Springs Window Fashions products

Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives

Track sales performance

and provide regular reports to management

identifying areas for improvement
