Must Have
6+ Months Cash Handling experience, 6+ Months Demonstrated customer service experience, Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures, Computer proficiency and basic math skills, Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
Nice to Have
Bilingual Portuguese and or Spanish language skills, Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education, Preferred experience in Microsoft Office products
What You'll Do.
Assisting with various financial needs and processing transactions
Provide an elevated level of exceptional customer service by welcoming customers
minimizing wait times and assisting with their banking needs
Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances
Adhere to all bank policies and procedures
including compliance and risk management protocols to prevent fraudulent situations
Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships
Engage customers and leverage digital tools to educate them on self-service options
Assist with custodianship
and other operational tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
to create a welcoming environment for customers
Responsibilities may extend to supporting nearby branch locations based on business necessity
