The Field Service Representative plays a crucial role in executing shared services projects in partnership with and under the guidance of the Shared Services Field Management team. The Field Service Representative role involves a broad range of responsibilities, focusing on execution, exceptional communication, leadership, follow-through on tasks/timelines, and coordination within the shared services division.
