What You'll Do.
Lead department operations
Order and maintain inventory
Utilize inventory control procedures
Ensure product freshness and quality
Review and validate received orders
Store all product appropriately
Manage team to complete stocking
Manage team to complete production
Ensure product quality
Ensure production planning
Ensure date sensitive rotation
Handle spoiled/damaged products
Maintain familiarity with all products
Communicate and execute weekly Flight Plan
Follow company policies and timelines
Support department manager
Implement work schedules
