High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), 1 year of concierge or high-end customer service experience, Must be able to work weekends, Ability to work holidays required, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outgoing personality, Self-motivated, High energy, Problem-solving skills, Sense of urgency, Highly credible and trustworthy, Operate with high degree of integrity, Hold oneself and others accountable, Strive for a high level of excellence, Positive, can-do attitude, Customer-focused, Results-oriented, Want to continuously learn and develop, Exceptional oral and written communication skills, Ability to work well in a team, Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, Attention to detail, Self-directed, Able to work independently
What You'll Do.
Provide Class “A” customer service
Build rapport with tenants
Meet and greet visitors
Ensure reception area is tidy
Respond to tenant questions
Respond to tenant complaints
Ensure only authorized individuals enter
Manage incoming phone calls
Coordinate amenity space reservation
Coordinate loading elevators
Coordinate loading dock
Complete daily building walks
Look for maintenance items
Reorganize furniture/décor
Clean up whenever needed
Work scheduled shifts
Perform other duties as needed
