Must Have
Doctoral Degree or Masters degree from an accredited occupational therapy, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or equivalent, Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Pennsylvania or New Jersey, National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), CPR certification
What You'll Do.
Completes patient evaluations
Develops treatment plans
Implements treatment programs
Administers treatment at multiple locations
Supervises COTA daily
Complete timely communication
Documentation of patient related information
Represents OT in multidisciplinary meetings
Assists in OT department cross training
Supervises OTR/COTA field work students
Promotes safety in the department
Participates in and presents in-services
Assists in developing program development
Provides back-up for departmental therapists
