Assist with conflict resolution
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required, Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards, Willingness to work outside regular hours based on business needs, Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), Employment offers are contingent on background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing (if applicable)., Silverado uses E-Verify to confirm work authorization with both the Social Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security

Must Have
High school diploma or GED, Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required, Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards, Willingness to work outside regular hours based on business needs, Comfortable working around animals and pets, Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
Nice to Have
bachelor’s degree preferred, Experience with activity planning, older adults, or memory care is a plus
What You'll Do.
Plan and lead daily activities and community outings for Nexus residents
Foster engagement through hobbies
and purposeful involvement
Support resident participation in volunteer opportunities and community partnerships
Assist with conflict resolution and promote a positive
inclusive environment
Collaborate on Nexus marketing events and provide photos for social media and family updates
Assist with pet care in the Nexus neighborhood
Maintain flexibility to work evenings
and on-call shifts as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
