We’re hiring Hospice LVNs - compassionate professionals who provide skilled nursing and palliative care to patients and families during their most vulnerable moments. What You’ll Be Doing: Deliver skilled nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse Provide pain and symptom management, medical treatments, and patient education Support patients and families through end-of-life care with empathy and professionalism Participate in care planning and collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospice protocols Travel to patient homes across Orange County Qualifications: Valid LVN/LPN license in the state Minimum 1 year of LVN/LPN experience Hospice experience preferred but not required CPR certification required Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working around animals and pets Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Reliable transportation and willingness to travel May be required to work outside regular hours based on patient needs Why Choose Silverado?
