As a Full-Time Cook in a prestigious local private school, you will work under the direction of the Executive Chef supporting a diverse food service program that includes cafeteria service, two small boarding houses, catering and special events, and daily lunch delivery operations. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY * Prepare, cook, and serve meals for cafeteria, boarding programs, and catered events following established recipes and menus. * Support daily lunch delivery operations, ensuring meals are packaged and delivered accurately and on time. * Use a variety of cooking methods such as roasting, grilling, steaming, poaching, boiling, and baking. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization. * Follow all FoodSafe/ServeSafe and health & safety protocols. * Assist with inventory management and FIFO rotation. * Provide professional service and build positive relationships with students and staff. ## Qualifications WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Minimum 3 years of experience in a cook role. • FoodSafe or ServeSafe certification. • Experience with international cuisine and dietary needs. • Self-driven, reliable, and professional. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
