Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods, Comfortable using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking), Able to communicate professionally with supervisors, clients, and the general public, Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, pushing/pulling equipment), A clear criminal background check is required for this role
Nice to Have
Cleaning/janitorial experience is an asset (minimum 6 months preferred), Floor care experience is an asset (machine scrubbing and detailing)
What You'll Do.
Cleaning and disinfecting station areas
and high-touch surface cleaning
Replenishing washroom supplies
Using auto-scrubber and auto-sweeper
Prioritized work order completion
Reporting issues such as graffiti
Performing periodic deep-cleaning tasks
Garbage collection and liner changing
