Cleaning and disinfecting station areas
and high-touch surface cleaning
Replenishing washroom supplies
Using auto-scrubber and auto-sweeper
Prioritized work order completion
Reporting issues such as graffiti
Performing periodic deep-cleaning tasks
Garbage collection and liner changing

As a Full-Time Cleaner (Transit Stations) , you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across public transit stations to the highest standard. This is a permanent Part-time position with a schedule of Two (2) shifts per week , assigned based on operational requirements. POSTING DETAILS Location: 85 Industry St, York, ON M6M 4L5 Job Classification: Part-Time Cleaner Rate of Pay: $20.15/hour (as per Collective Agreement) Hours of Work: 16 hours per week (before breaks) Schedule: Two (2) shifts per week Shift: Morning-6:30 AM- 2:30 PM, Afternoon- 2:30 PM-10:30 PM Number of Positions: 6 Employees- morning, 6 Employees- afternoon Your work will include: * Cleaning and disinfecting station areas including entrances, concourses, platforms, and washrooms * Sweeping, mopping, spot cleaning, and high-touch surface cleaning (doors, railings, elevator, faregates/TVMs) * Replenishing washroom supplies (toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap) and completing required checks/inspections. * Using auto-scrubber and auto-sweeper as needed. * Prioritized work order completion and reporting to quality assurance. * Reporting issues such as graffiti, damage, hazards, or cleanliness concerns as r
