What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous caregiving experience, Valid driver’s license, Reliable transportation, Must be able to commute reliably, Must be comfortable assisting with as needed lifting and transfers (up to 140 lbs)
Nice to Have
Experience supporting individuals with cancer, First Aid/CPR certification
What You'll Do.
Provide transportation assistance to and from appointments using the family vehicle
Accompany client to appointments as an additional support person and attentive listener
Offer companionship and general support following appointments
Assist with light meal preparation and light household support
and engaging home environment
Comfortable providing as needed assistance with lifting and transfers
