What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent required, Effective communicator in verbal and written English, Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards, Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required, Comfortable working around animals and pets, Willingness to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs. )
Nice to Have
Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred

Assist Director of Resident Engagement
Plan and lead daily activity programs
Organize and facilitate memory enrichment activities
Encourage resident participation
Prepare materials for recreational programs
Conduct research for recreational programs
Support music therapy sessions
Support occupational therapy sessions
