Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Architect/Lead Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of a business-critical enterprise application within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural ownership. You will define engineering standards, guide implementation decisions, mentor developers, and ensure that the platform remains scalable, maintainable, secure, and compliant. You will work closely with solution architects, integration specialists, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver a modern, enterprise-grade platform supporting complex operational workflows across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Technical Leadership: Own the end-to-end architecture of the web application platform. Define backend, frontend, integration, and data architecture standards. Drive technical decision-making and establish engineering best practices. Design scalable, high-availability application architectures. Lead architecture reviews, technical spikes, and proof-of-concept activities. Backend Development: Design and implement backend services, business workflows, APIs, and event-driven components. Define application frameworks, reusable design patterns, and domain models. Design database schemas, migration strategies, and data-access patterns. Lead integration design with enterprise systems and external platforms. Implement authentication and authorization solutions using modern identity standards. Frontend Architecture: Define frontend architecture, component standards, and user experience patterns. Guide development of responsive web applications for desktop, tablet, and operational users. Establish performance, accessibility, and maintainability standards. Platform Engineering: Design application resiliency, monitoring, deployment, and operational support strategies.
