What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or equivalent years of relevant work experience, 4+ years of professional software development experience, background in. NET for backend development, ReactJS for frontend development, proficiency in both frontend development (ReactJS), backend development (. NET/C#), independently deliver end-to-end features, Demonstrated experience with data analysis, statistical methods, machine learning, working with large datasets, understanding of SQL, relational database systems, ORM frameworks, writing performant queries against large datasets, Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs at scale, Deep understanding of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, software architecture patterns, Experience with creating and maintaining automated tests, test-driven development environment, Experience with source control systems (Git), branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, Comfortable working in an Agile development environment, track record of delivering on commitments, Self-directed, driving work forward independently

About the role As a Full Stack Software Engineer on the ShipStation team, you'll own the development of data-driven features that turn shipping and logistics data into actionable insights for our customers. You'll work across the full stack—building responsive, intuitive interfaces with ReactJS and developing performant backend services in .NET—while applying data analysis and machine learning techniques to help merchants improve their business and shipping efficiency.
