Min. 4+yrs as an IT Developer, at least 3+yrs as Fullstack developer, Minimum 3+ years of professional experience developing front-end apps in JavaScript, Next. js, ReactJS, Python, Node. js, Java, knowledge of micro-frontend architecture, Cloud technology experience, knowledge of Spring or other similar inversion of control frameworks, Experience working in retail and/or E-commerce companies, Experience working with API Gateway configuration, Experience working with CICD/Jenkins pipelines configuration, Experience working with Kubernetes, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Exposure to AI-driven tools and platforms, Experience with BFF Design patterns

Develop and Code in a full-stack arena using – React
Java with Spring Boot / Kotlin
Develop in micro frontend SPA architecture
Experience in designing and developing connecting backends with frontend using experience designing and architecting integrations
Participate in the prioritization process to bring hidden technical needs to the roadmap
Translate business requirements into technical ones with very communication skills
Guide Junior fellows and help them develop their skills and qualities
