Full-Stack/PlatformEngineer

Job Purpose & Dimensions: We are looking for an engineer to maintain and enhance a design data management platform that supports product development, documentation, and engineering collaboration. This role covers application development, platform operations, release support, user enablement, and integration with related engineering systems. Principal Accountabilities: * Develop and maintain application features based on engineering and business requirements. * Support software releases, testing, deployment, and user communication. * Administer platform infrastructure, environments, and system performance. * Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and service improvements. * Implement monitoring, troubleshooting, and reliability practices. * Provide user support, training, and clear technical documentation. * Integrate the platform with other tools and services in the engineering environment. * Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize improvements and support adoption.
