hiring for our IT Client Role - Full Stack Developer Location - Pune (WFO) Working mode : 5 days a week Experience - 2 to 5 yrs Responsibilities: ● Contribute to ongoing releases through design and development of product features and maintenance. ● Take complete ownership of certain features or modules in the product. ● Collaborate with developers in a team distributed across time zones. ● Write unit and integration tests to ensure quality before handoff to QA teams. ● Keep up-to-date with modern JavaScript ecosystem trends, Node.js best practices, security, and infrastructure. ● Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality standards. Requirements: ● 2 to 5 years of professional development experience in the JavaScript/Node.js ecosystem. ● Strong proficiency in Node.js with frameworks such as Express.js or Fastify. ● Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus. ● Proficiency with React.js including Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar). ● Experience with TypeScript in both frontend and backend codebases. ● Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. ● Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). ● Familiarity with message queues such as RabbitMQ/Kafka is desirable. ● Understanding of authentication/authorisation patterns (JWT, OAuth2, session management). ● Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control with Git. ● Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. ● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to write clear technical documentation and engage in customer-facing discussions. ## Qualifications BE in IT or equivalent
