What They're Looking For.
Must Have
hands-on full stack engineering experience using modern frontend and backend frameworks, Proficiency in Python, Node. js, or Java with experience building production-grade APIs and services, Demonstrated experience leading technical delivery within agile environments, Experience designing and developing REST APIs, workflow engines, and enterprise web applications, Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agent and tool-calling patterns, and responsible AI implementation practices, understanding of authentication, authorization, secure coding practices, and auditability principles, Experience working within regulated or large-scale enterprise environments
Nice to Have
Experience integrating with ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar ITSM platforms is preferred, Experience integrating with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Slack is preferred, Background building internal employee tools or enterprise support platforms is preferred, Experience working within financial services or similarly regulated industries is preferred, Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures
What You'll Do.

Provide hands-on guidance

Design and build user-facing applications for employees
and API layers supporting chat functionality
Build and enhance AI and LLM-powered workflows to automate repetitive IT helpdesk activities
Implement prompt flows

Own delivery activities from discovery and solution design through development
and production release
Integrate solutions with enterprise platforms including ticketing
