WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS Radiance is moving from services-first → platform-powered. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help architect, build, and evolve The SOURCE® from a powerful internal system into a scalable platform that supports both our agency workflows and future SaaS expansion. This is not a “ticket-taking” role. This is a role for someone who wants to shape the product, the architecture, and the technical philosophy from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founder to translate creative workflows, brand logic, and operational complexity into elegant systems that compound over time.
