Must Have
4+ years of experience in full stack development with frontend and backend expertise, experience in Python and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. js, Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications on AWS, Experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, and API Gateway, Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure coding best practices, Experience with event-driven systems such as SNS, SQS, or EventBridge
Nice to Have
Knowledge of telephony concepts, SIP call flows, and Pindrop integrations is preferred, Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, AWS Certifications such as Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate, or Solutions Architect Associate, Exposure to Amazon Connect and contact center modernization initiatives, Experience working with distributed, cloud-native enterprise systems, Integrate Pindrop authentication, fraud detection, and voice security workflows within applications

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in frontend technologies, Python backend development, AWS cloud infrastructure, and integrations with Pindrop authentication and fraud detection workflows.
