Job Title Full Stack Engineer – Logistics/Trucking SaaS Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (PST overlap required – minimum 4–5 hours daily) Role Overview We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-moving SaaS product team operating in the logistics and trucking industry. This is a full-time, dedicated role requiring deep product thinking, hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript, and a modern AI-assisted development approach. The ideal candidate understands the logistics/trucking software space intimately and prioritizes product understanding and outcomes over raw coding speed. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain full stack features across front-end and back-end using Node.js and JavaScript - Leverage AI coding tools (Claude) to accelerate development through effective prompting and iteration - Contribute to SaaS product architecture, feature development, and ongoing improvements - Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes - Maintain clean, well-documented codebases across the product stack Required Qualifications - Proven full stack development experience using Node.js and JavaScript across both front-end and back-end - Background in logistics or trucking software is non-negotiable - Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted coding tools (such as Claude) to generate and refine code through prompting - SaaS product experience required - Strong product intuition with the ability to understand workflows, user needs, and business logic - Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
