Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, Overall experience of 5-8 years, 5+ years of experience in backend development using Java/Spring Boot, experience with AWS services, especially EKS, RDS (PostgreSQL), Redis, and IAM, Proficiency in Kafka, Databricks, and SQL/NoSQL databases, Experience integrating and deploying decision models in IBM ADS, Solid understanding of decision trees, rule-based systems, and data-driven decisioning, Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices, Exposure to or hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and AI-driven automation
Nice to Have
Familiarity with agentic AI systems and AI orchestration frameworks, Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a distributed team

**Job Title: Full Stack Engineer – GenAI, Decision Systems & Cloud-Native Development** ** _Position Overview_** We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative **Full Stack Engineer** with a strong foundation in **Computer Science** , hands-on experience in **Generative AI tools** , and a passion for building intelligent, scalable systems.
