**Job Title:** Full Stack Engineer **Location:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** US Hours - EST ### **About the Role** Our client is a fast-growing marketing agency serving over 150 home service businesses. They specialize in performance-driven campaigns and are heavily investing in AI and automation to improve lead generation, tracking accuracy, and operational efficiency. They are looking for a **hands-on Full Stack Engineer with proven experience in marketing/ad tech environments** to build and scale internal systems that directly support campaign performance and revenue operations. This is a **builder role** , not a strategy-only position. You will develop internal tools, integrate AI into marketing workflows, and improve how the agency operates across **ad platforms, tracking systems, and CRM-driven pipelines**. You’ll work closely with leadership, media buyers, and operators to turn ideas into **production-ready systems that directly impact campaign performance and lead conversion**. ### **Key Responsibilities** ### **1\. Internal Tool Development (Primary Focus)** * Build and deploy internal tools using **Next.js, React, and Python** * Develop **marketing dashboards, reporting systems, and operational tools** * Replace manual workflows with scalable, automated solutions ### **2\. Marketing Data, Tracking & Attribution (Core Focus)** * Implement and optimize **Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI)** * Ensure accurate **event tracking, deduplication, and attribution** * Build pipelines connecting **ad platforms → backend systems → dashboards** * Develop reporting systems that enable **campaign optimization (ROAS, CPL, conversion quality)** ### **3\.
