Within 1 month, you'll: - Have your footing in the codebase and shipped your first meaningful contribution - Fixed real bugs that had been sitting on the backlog - Taken ownership of a small but impactful feature Within 3 months, you'll: - Be working confidently across the full stack: from database queries to frontend components - Be contributing to features end-to-end with positive feedback from teammates on your code Within 6 months, you'll: - Have shipped features that genuinely move the needle for customers - Be someone the team relies on and you'll feel it - Look back at what you built and be proud of it Who we're looking for We care far more about how you think and build than the context in which you built it.
