The salary for this role is $160,000-$180,000 annually based on experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * AI Workforce Pro — Build & Maintain * Develop new features, fix bugs, and maintain stability of the AI Workforce Pro platform * Integrate updates from the upstream open-source fork safely without breaking existing functionality * Collaborate with the Technology team to evaluate new UI/UX approaches as the AI landscape evolves * AI XDR Product — Clean-Up & Launch * Complete cleanup and stabilization of the AI XDR product in preparation for launch * Ensure code quality, documentation, and deployment pipelines meet launch standards * Internal Tooling & Cross-Team Projects * Build and maintain internal t
