MD degree, Specialty training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Certified by Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Eligible for licensure in Quebec, Certified by Collège des médecins du Québec, 3+ years post-residency clinical and research training in advanced therapeutic endoscopy, Documented procedural competency in ESD, EMR, ERCP, EUS, POEM, PhD or equivalent research doctorate, Established and internationally recognized independent research program, Full Professor academic rank or international equivalent, Sustained record of supervision of trainees, Established international invited lecturer
