What You'll Achieve.
Generate revenue; Meet/exceed quota; Increase sales revenue within the territory; Impact patient outcomes
Industry & Context.
24/7 call rotation within the team, Travel within designated sales territory with 2-4 overnights a month, Infrequent national travel for events and conferences, Complete credentialling process, COVID 19 vaccine management
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, Minimum (4) four years sales experience in medical device industry, specifically selling orthopedic products or as a EMS/Paramedic, Proven track record selling/converting business at the surgeon or hospital level
Nice to Have
Preferred experience in the healthcare industry, specifically selling orthopedic products or as an EMT/Paramedic, Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives
What You'll Do.
Act as a technical consultant in the Extremities Orthopedics product portfolio
Specialize in solutions for internal and external fixation
Convert physicians/accounts by making sales calls
Provide on call clinical case coverage in the operating room
Train surgeons on Smith+Nephew products
Develop an effective territory business plan
Generate revenue and meet/exceed quota
Provide first-class technical support
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work collaboratively with key podiatric and orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, OR staff, Sterile Processing Department (SPD), administration, clinicians, and researchers; Work cross-divisionally to increase awareness and adoption; Partnering with all Smith+Nephew Extremities, Reconstruction and Sports Medicine counterparts in the region
