Japanese native or equivalent level, Business level English, 3+ years closing experience in software/SaaS sales, 1+ year SMB sales experience, 1+ year full-cycle sales experience, Online product demo experience, Consultative sales experience, Understanding of Japanese business practices, Comfortable communicating in English internally
Nice to Have
Startup work experience, New market launch experience, Experience in fitness/wellness industry, Network in Japanese fitness/wellness, Sales strategy localization experience, Track record of exceeding sales targets, HubSpot CRM experience
What You'll Do.
Lead sales activities in Japan
Manage new business development
Handle inbound inquiries
Conduct sales meetings
Perform product demonstrations
Build and manage prospect relationships
Build and manage existing customer relationships
Conduct outbound sales outreach
Deliver online product demos
Propose sales to fitness/wellness businesses
Identify decision makers
Navigate Japanese business culture
Manage sales pipeline in CRM
Manage customer information in CRM
Share customer feedback internally
Contribute to product improvement
Contribute to market strategy
