Full Job Description
Role: Fulfilment General Operator Career Step Level: Step level 1 Location: Blyth, Worksop This is an on-site shift-based role, based in Blyth, Worksop. Hours: We are pleased to say, this is a full-time permanent contract, you will be working a rolling average of 41 hours per week working on a shift rotation of days and some weekend working. The working shifts days consisting of 7am to 7pm. Pay: £13.99 per hour, salary of £29,921. 🐾 A bit about us At Butternut, the mission is to deliver health and happiness to dogs and their humans all over the world. In order to do just that, we need a team of forward-thinking, driven people who love dogs as much as we do. And we need some pretty impressive kitchens to make it happen. While Rudie's Kitchen and Ace's Pantry in Doncaster remain the heart of our UK operations, we’ve recently taken a massive leap forward with Sam’s Kitchen in Poland, going live in January this year. This expansion is a huge part of our story, allowing us to bring our gently cooked, human-quality meals to even more four-legged friends across Europe. We believe dogs deserve better, and we wouldn't serve food to them that we wouldn't be happy to eat ourselves. Butternut has come a long way since Kev & Dave (our co-founders) hand-delivered the first Butternut Box, and with our new international footprint, we are looking for brilliant people to join us for this next chapter. Are you up for the challenge? 🐕🦺 A bit about the role Work in a safe way following all appropriate safety procedures and wearing protective equipment correctly at all times. Conduct quality checks ensuring that we meet product specifications. Unpack, packing, loading and unloading (boxes and finished goods), monitoring the fulfilment lines etc. Cover for Skilled Operator when required. Other general tasks waste processing, order packing etc Work to relevant standards and Key Performance Indicators.
