Full Job Description

Amazon is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals for the Fulfillment Center Trainer position. This role is ideal for candidates with strong work ethics, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service excellence in product fulfillment operations. Key job responsibilities Training & Development: Deliver comprehensive training across all FC operations including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping Train associates on equipment operation including radio frequency scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and walkie-riders Maintain expertise in all production processes to provide effective, real-world training Stay current with latest techniques, tools, and operational processes Operational Execution: Perform all warehouse functions as needed, including picking orders on multi-level mezzanines, packing and shipping customer orders, and troubleshooting operational issues Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently Adapt flexibly to various roles across the fulfillment center based on operational needs Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards across all shifts Leadership & Support: Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and expected behaviors Listen actively to associates and provide support to management teams Maintain approachability and engage with employees to identify learning and development opportunities Respond promptly to requests and follow through on commitments Accept accountability, acknowledge mistakes, and continuously push personal limits A day in the life Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and training sessions across Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, and Ship process paths. Perform quality audits, provide real-time coaching, and operate material handling equipment while demonstrating proper techniques. Support production operations during peak periods, troubleshoot issues, and complete training documentation. Adapt to labor transfers on daily or weekly basis per business requirements.
