Must Have
Proven leadership experience, with at least 5+ years spent guiding teams in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment., Comfort in, high-growth setting, where you can adapt quickly to changing priorities and help your team stay focused on the goal., Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or a ability to learn new digital tools quickly to track and report on team performance., A curiosity to learn, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to contribute to something meaningful.
