What You'll Achieve.
Key objectives include maintaining material availability, ensuring timely replenishment, reducing excess stock, improving supplier performance, and supporting production needs to enable operational efficiency.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a drug screen and background check. Candidates must pass both screenings before their start date. Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of scheduling or planning experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, purchasing, or logistics environment, or an Associate's degree with at least five years of such experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must understand MRP systems and processes, have proven supplier relationship management experience, possess excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making, and be proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to Have
Experience with inventory forecasting, developing supplier schedules, and reducing scheduling variances is preferred. APICS certification or willingness to obtain is also a plus.
