Lead pickup and ship from store workload

Evaluate and recommend candidates for open positions

Develop a guest-centric team

Support leader in onboarding

Establish clear goals for quality

Hold team members accountable to expectations

Close training gaps through coaching

Work a flexible work schedule

Ensure supplies are ordered timely and stocked

Follow safe and secure training and processes

Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices

Demonstrate culture of ethical conduct

Lead and demonstrate safety culture

Identify and correct hazards

Assist with incident response

Report/investigate injuries timely and accurately

The starting pay range for this position per hour is $21.75 - $23.75. The full pay range for this position per hour is $21.75 - $37.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
